Launched in November 2017, our kombucha is bubbly, good for your gut, and always on tap. You can now find this tasty beverage at bars, restaurants, and stores all over the great state of Alaska. 203 Kombucha is made in Palmer, at our recently opened kombuchery on Valley Way. “203” is a throwback to the 203 families who arrived in Palmer in 1935, as part of Roosevelt’s New Deal. We love using local ingredients when we can, and use organic and fresh fruits, veggies, herbs, and teas when we can’t. More than that, we love Palmer and the people in it. Come hang out with us at the kombuchery where you can grab a glass of your favorite flavor, or a flight to sip on them all, and enjoy the view of Pioneer Peak.
Flavors include: Jasmine Green, Yerba Chaga, Strawberry Grapefruit, Hibiscus Lime, Beet Carrot Ginger, Lemon Cayenne Ginger, Rooibos Rhubarb, and seasonal delights. We also have cold brew coffee on nitro and yummy avocado toast.
